Lisa Vaughn is celebrating her 30th year as a full-time real estate professional and is a proud member of the Las Vegas REALTORS® Association. With nearly three decades of experience, Lisa brings exceptional knowledge, consistency, and professionalism to every transaction.

 

Lisa began her career in new home sales, building a strong foundation with respected builders including Signature Homes, KB Home, and Beazer Homes. With over 10 years of hands-on new construction experience, she offers clients valuable insight into builder processes, construction quality, and contract negotiations—expertise that continues to benefit both new construction and resale buyers and sellers.

 

Now a seasoned resale specialist, Lisa successfully guides clients through all facets of the real estate market. As an agent with LIFE Realty District in Henderson, Nevada, located at The District, she is known for her high-level customer service, innovative custom marketing, and strong negotiation skills. Lisa takes pride in truly understanding her clients’ goals and tailoring strategies to meet their individual needs.

 

Throughout her career, Lisa has had the privilege of working with three generations of multiple families, earning repeat business and referrals from first responders, teachers, escrow officers, industry peers, first-time buyers, and City of Las Vegas and City of Henderson employees. These long-standing relationships reflect her dedication, integrity, and results-driven approach.

 

A 37-year resident of the Las Vegas and Henderson Valley, Lisa offers firsthand knowledge of local communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle. She has been a Seven Hills resident for over 27 years, where she raised two daughters with her husband, Patrick, Superintendent of Parks for the City of Las Vegas. Outside of real estate, Lisa and her family enjoy traveling, exploring National Parks, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
